"It's been really rewarding to be able to offer respite (weekend care so foster parents can have a little break) and temporary care to Youthnet this fall. This weekend, my foster guest and I made 'helper bags' to keep in my car for folks we encounter in need, made Halloween candy bags for his family, decorated cookies, and he even told me about Bellingham's best $1 tacos and we went 2 days in a row!
