  • Our goal is to assist youth in acquiring the necessary skills to become self-sufficient adults. We offer community based mentorship-style services and monthly group work-shops. This program provides hands-on life skills training and support for youth who are in foster care, exiting foster care, juvenile justice, or other programs serving at-risk youth.

  • This program offers professional intervention services for families at-risk. We provide parents with simple and practical strategies to help them confidently manage their child’s behavior, prevent problems from developing and build strong healthy relationships.

  • Through this program, we provide one-on-one assistance for current and former foster youth, ages 14 through 18, in pursuing, persisting in and completing a plan for post-secondary education at no cost to them. This is achieved through information sharing, coordination with high school counselors and links to other services and programs.
