Adolescent Services
The programs in Adolescent Services aim to provide current or former foster youth or youth who have experienced systems of care with access to one-on-one case management services, addressing areas of support needed to thrive on their own successfully.
Independent Living
Participants develop skills in employment, education, financial management, healthy relationships, and accessing community resources.
Housing Support Services
Independent Youth Housing Program and the Foster Youth To Independence Program both aim at reducing the risk of homelessness and housing instability for young people exiting systems of care.
LifeSet
Intensive case management following established, evidence-based programming through Youth Villages.
